Birth Doula Support
Birth doulas are professionals who provide physical, emotional and information support to you throughout your pregnancy and during labor.
Birth Doula Services include:
- Two prenatal visits to discuss and create your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and discuss expectations for the birth
- On-call period begins two weeks before your estimated due-date
- Your doula will remain with you throughout your labor and birth and will stay a maximum of two hours after the birth of the baby
- One in-home postpartum visit to see how things are going, answer your questions and talk about your birth.
Childbirth Education
I am now collaborating with 3 other amazing doulas for a comprehensive childbirth education class with a wealth of experience and wisdom. We will discuss pregnancy, labor coping and comfort measures, birth, postpartum preparation, newborn care and breastfeeding. Virtual Postpartum Support
Bringing home your baby is a life-changing event! Along with joy and excitement, there is adjustment, sleeplessness, and fluctuating hormones. Prepare for this unique time with compassionate experience and companionship that is only a phone call or Zoom away. By spending time talking each day, you can prevent late-night Googling for all your questions and concerns. Talk with a mom who has been there! Choose a 5 or 10-hour package for consecutive virtual support chats with me.

$1,500 (includes 2 prenatal visits, birth support, 1 postpartum visit
Experienced birther:
$1,100 (includes 1 prenatal, birth support, 1 postpartum visit)
Returning family:
$1,000 (includes same as experienced birther)
